Maria Donnay of Kimball was awarded a $5,000 four-year college scholarship from Catholic Order of Foresters (COF) headquartered in Naperville, Ill.
A COF St. Anthony Court 743 member and Kimball Area High School graduate, Donnay was the National Honor Society president, Stearns County Dairy Princess, Fairhaven Miss Congeniality, and volleyball team captain. She also participated in band and choir, singing the National Anthem at high school sporting events.
Donnay, daughter of John and Chris, plans to study pre-medicine at Evangel University in Springfield, Mo.
