The Kimball Area National Honor Society continues to stay busy. Last Wednesday, Feb. 15, three members attended a benefit for Kennedy Schoenecker.
Kennedy is a 6th grader at Eden Valley-Watkins Elementary School, and was recently diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma, a cancer of the liver.
Kaylee Petty, Paiten
Schreiner, and Alissa Jones attended the benefit to present Kennedy with a
$200 donation from the Kimball NHS. This was just one of the many projects accomplished by the group with many more to come. Keep your eyes peeled for future stories on community service projects by the Kimball Area National Honor Society.
