Senior LinkAge Line- Long Term Care Options Counseling specialists are available to assist consumers of any age who are looking at the best ways to age well and live well in the community of their choice which may be in their existing home or a new home. Our Specialists can provide objective information on the different options that are available to best meet their needs. We help consumers look at a variety of options, such as nursing services in the home, medication set-up and monitoring, transportation, home-delivered meals and help with cleaning or other help with maintaining your home. As a result of the 2011 legislative session Minnesota citizens who are looking at moving into a registered housing with services setting like an assisted living should call the Senior LinkAge Line- to get help in looking at whether it's the right time to make a move or seek new services in their home.
