First Wellness Expo comes to St. Cloud Feb. 4



The Central MN Wellness Expo is scheduled for 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4. This all-new event will be held at the River's Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud. Admission is free and open to the public. The Expo will feature local experts exhibiting and speaking on a variety of topics including health, fitness, feeling and looking your best, financial well-being, and incorporating wellness into your overall life. In addition, the Red Cross will have a blood-mobile on site.

"I want to empower everyone to take an active role in learning about health and wellness," event founder Rachel Lolmasteymaugh said. "This Wellness Expo is an opportunity for anyone in the community to have conversation with experts and learn more about how to lead a healthier life in 2012." Lolmasteymaugh is a Sartell resident and owner-operator of a small business, RP Enterprises. Since moving to Sartell and starting her business in 2005, she has become involved with the

St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce, and is currently the president of the Stearns-Benton Child Care Association.

Additional fields represented at the expo include: healthy home options, nutrition, dental care, alternative healing, chiropractic care, and emotional health. There will also be speakers featured throughout the day including Edgewater Natural Family Medicine's Naturopath Dr. Lee Aberle, David Faust, and Psychic Tiffany Johnson. Plus, attendees will be able to see and take part in fitness demonstrations throughout the day, led by local experts.
