EV-W-K girls take second at CMC championships

By a mere 2.5 points, the girls took second place to a tough Maple Lake squad for the CMC Track and Field Conference Championships Tuesday, May 17. All of the girls performed extremely well with a multitude of personal bests. The coaching staff is very proud of the girls' efforts, as they easily took second (40 points) and were seeded to take third. I would like to personally thank the outstanding coaching staff Gordon Schlangen (jumps/hurdles), Chris Rossman (throws), Lisa Brown (distance), Alex Berglund (jumps), and Jason Mortenson (boys head, sprints, jumps). A thank you also is in order for our managers Erika McCann, Chelsey Maus, and Emily Mansicka, their efforts have been extremely helpful. Champions, All-Conference, and point scorers are listed below.
