The Fourth Annual Stearns County Breakfast on the Farm will be held at Schefers Dairy, LLC, owned by the Lyle and Becky Schefers family, from
8 a.m.-noon Saturday, June 4. The Kimball Lions will be cooking up a hearty breakfast of pancakes, French toast, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee and milk for
$5/person. Children 5 and under eat free! The event will include educational agriculture booths, children's activities, a farm animal petting zoo, tours of the farm, a visit from Princess Kay of the Milky Way and live radio broadcasts with KCLD and WILD Country. Come join the many agricultural community sponsors to celebrate June Dairy Month. Bring the whole family to this agribusiness awareness event and see a dairy farm in action. The event will occur rain or shine.
Getting to the event: Take I-94 to the St. Joseph exit (County Road 75/Exit #158). In St. Joseph, go north on County Road 2 until you reach St. Stephen. Watch for parking signs in St. Stephen. A FREE shuttle bus will take you to the farm. (There will be NO parking at the farm.)
