The Minnesota Highway Safety Center will be offering a 55+ Driver Improvement Course on the following days:
Tuesday, May 10 (4-Hr. Refresher Course) 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Life Assembly of God, 2409 Clearwater Rd; St. Cloud.
Tuesday, April 26 (4-Hr. Refresher Course) 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Life Assembly of God, 2409 Clearwater Rd; St. Cloud.
Tuesday, May 10 (4-Hr. Refresher Course) 5 to 9 p.m. Apollo High School, 1000 44th Ave N; St. Cloud.
Wednesday, May 4 (4-Hr. Refresher Course) 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Welcome Center, 355 5th Ave S; St. Cloud.
Tuesday and Wednesday, May 3-4 (8-Hr. Full Course) 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Paul Hanson Insurance Agency, 1269 2nd St N; Sauk Rapids.
Monday, May 2 (4-Hr. Refresher Course) 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Whitney Senior Center, 1527 Northway Dr; St. Cloud.

Persons age 55 and older who complete the course qualify for a 10% discount on their auto insurance premiums for three years, according to Minnesota law. First-time participants must complete the initial eight hours of training and a four-hour refresher class every three years to maintain the 10% discount.
The Driver Improvement course is open to the public; pre-registration is requested. A MN Highway Safety & Research Center certified instructor teaches this class. By utilizing the most up-to-date research in the field, participants will be provided the latest information in regards to driver safety, new laws, and vehicle technology. This class has something for everyone!
