'Discover Family History' at Kimball Library

Teens and adults are invited to "Discover Your Family History," a program at the Kimball Public Library from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 21. Get hands-on family history skills in this session with professional genealogist Tom Rice. You'll learn about online resources for researching your family tree, and more. Bring your own laptop computer or use one of the 12 laptops provided. The attendance limit is 20 and preregistration is required. ("Discover Your Family History" is also offered at the Annandale Public Library 9:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 26) This program is funded in part with money from Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage fund.

Great River Regional Library (GRRL) provides library services at 32 public libraries in Benton, Morrison, Sherburne, Stearns, Todd and Wright Counties. It provides Central Minnesota residents with nearly one million books, CDs and DVDs, 250 public computers, programming and information services.
