The new Kimball Police "squad car" is here, fully equipped as a modern police vehicle, and now on the job. The fact that it's a black Dodge Ram pickup, and that its police lights are barely visible when not in operation, gets a few second glances. The old squad car, a Dodge Durango, still will be used by other Kimball Police officers. The even older squad car (an actual car, not an SUV or pickup), may or may not be retired; it has more than 159,000 hard miles on it.
