Last week the Kimball FFA chapter celebrated FFA week.
On Monday the school participated in a straw toss at lunch and wore their favorite agriculture T-shirts to school.
Tuesday FFA members wore their official dress, and there was an animal-calling contest at lunch.
Wednesday FFA members served pie and ice cream to teachers to show their appreciation to the staff.
Thursday was a great day: it was Drive Your Tractor to School Day. During lunch, students guessed the weight of a tractor, and after lunch the tractors paraded to the Elementary School. Altogether we had 13 tractors, that is including the two lawnmowers that also made the trip to the Elementary School. This has always been a great experience for the younger kids to learn about agriculture.
Finally, Friday we wrapped the week up by wearing our favorite agriculture hats and had a FFA game night from 7-9 p.m.
