Saturday morning (March 12) started out cold, blustery and miserable. Then the sun came out. It was still a bit cold, but a beautiful day for a parade. Marty (perhaps better known as Pearl Lake) celebrated
Saint Patrick's Day with its annual parade Saturday afternoon. Known as the parade that's so good you get to see it twice, the parade starts at Holy Cross School, goes down the road a few blocks, turns around and heads back to the school. Parade participants and spectators alike come from all around central Minnesota for the
festivities each year. This is the crowd in front of Pearl Lake Lodge.
