The Fairhaven Township Zoning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a Variance for Thomas and Kristy Harren, 19946 Beaver Lake Road, Kimball, MN 55353, in Section 6, TWP 122, Range 28. Mr. and Mrs. Harren own Lot 3 and
Lot 4 of the Beaver Lake Park Addition. They want to build a new accessory building 30 feet by 40 feet by 10 sidewalls. They need to have a Variance for the set back from Beaver Lake Road. Our Zoning Ordinances call for 65 feet from the center of the road, and his new building would be located at 46 feet from the center of the road. This building size is 300 square feet larger than the size that is currently permitted by Fairhaven Township Ordinances. They will also be building a new patio home with an attached garage on these two lots and the west side of Beaver Lake.
This Variance is being sought according to Fairhaven Township Zoning Ordinances Section 504 3 a and Section 504 8.
