Saturday, January 29, 2011, the 27th annual Stearns County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Recognition Conference will be held as training and recognition for Stearns County EMS providers.
The conference is scheduled from 8:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. at St. John's University.
The Stearns County Human Services Board uses this special day not only as training, but as a way to thank the County's EMS personnel who play a vital role in saving lives and protecting the health of Stearns County citizens.
Stearns County's effective Emergency Medical Services network is made up 1,100 EMS personnel within 55 agencies of fire/rescue, law enforcement first responders, ambulance services and emergency room personnel.
