Our community is blessed with a variety of organizations and individuals committed to the same goal: making Kimball a better place to live for everyone.
Kimball CARES (Commmunity Alliance of Resources, Education, and Support) is designed to bring together those who are already working toward that goal. Most groups and organizations work separately, often unaware of what others are doing. If we meet together, we can let each other know what we are up to, coordinate our efforts, and find ways to support each other, sharing ideas, dreams, and resources. Quite simply, we believe we can accomplish more together than we can separately.
For this goal to be achieved, it is critical that every organization, group, committee, church, etc., dedicated to serving our community is represented in Kimball Cares. To that end, we invite all community leaders and concerned citizens in our community to attend a free breakfast from
7-8 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 17, at
St. John's Lutheran Church, Kimball.
If you plan to attend, please RSVP to our mayor, Tammy Konz, at (320) 398-5011, or
. Tammy will also be glad to answer any questions about this event.
