hearing on variance
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, the 7th day of July, 2009, at 7:15 p.m. at the Kimball City Hall, 1 Main St. N., Kimball, Minnesota, to consider an application for a VARIANCE to the Zoning Ordinance from:
Jim Burchum (applicant).
The proposed Section(s) of the Zoning Ordinance for which the Variance consists of (are): Section 1125.05, Side Yard Setbacks, #3, Side Yard Setback; Section 1170.02, Parking Space, #2, Parking Space.
The reason(s) why the proposed variance is sought is: Section 1125.05, Side Yard setback from is 50 feet next to Residential, asking for 25 feet; to accommodate the building plans; Section 1170.02 #2 parking Space size is 10 X 25 feet, asking for 9 feet X 18 feet spaces.

Any person wishing to be heard concerning the proposed variance shall have the opportunity to present comments to the City Council at this meeting.
