He had an accessory building built without a Township permit or Stearns County permit. The building size is larger than allowed; it is located on 30 ft. of the dirt road; it has higher sidewalls than what the Fairhaven Township Ordinance allows. The building is 24' x 48' with side walls over 12' high and is 1,152 square feet. This is following Sec. 504.3 of the Fairhaven Zoning Ordinances.
