When officers of the Central Minn. The suspects were Woon Ho Paek, age 24, Adam Scott Proulx, age 29, Isaiah James Miller, age 24, and Keith Kevin Nolte, Jr., age 31, all of Sartell. Officers arrested Paek, Proulx and Miller at the residence. At the same time, the task force also served a search warrant at 205 Victory Loop and found an active marijuana-growing operation in two rooms of this home also. They arrested Nolte at this location. Investigators seized the marijuana and items associated with growing it. The four men were transpoerted to the Stearns County Jail and were booked and released on charges of fifth degree controlled substance. It's believed both operations were in partnership.
