Central Minnesota TEC Offers Lenten Opportunities for Building Faith

Central Minnesota TEC (CM TEC) is hosting Lenten retreats the weekends of March 14-16 and April 4-6. The retreats focus on the dying and rising of Christ and then sharing the joy in being close with God. The Lenten TEC retreats are an ideal opportunity for Christians to renew their faith and to focus on justice toward God, to themselves, and to others. CM TEC is a three-day retreat program held in the TEC Center that is located two miles north of Little Falls on the grounds of Holy Family Parish in Belle Prairie. It is just off of Highway 371. Since CM TEC began 30 years ago, more than 33,000 people ages 17 to 80 have experienced the message of the Paschal Mystery of Jesus Christ through dynamic music, discussions, sharing, prayers, liturgies, celebrations, and surprises. While most TECites have come from Minnesota, some have come from across the US and from other nations, as well. Of the 33,000 TECites, more than 20,000 of them have returned to volunteer as staff for future TECs.
