7th-grade football season ends

The seventh-grade football team closed out their season with a record of seven wins and two losses. The teams' willingness to listen and continue to gain a better understanding of the game along with working hard to improve with each game and practice made this a fun team to coach. I look forward to watching them in the years to come.  I would also like to give a special thanks to the parents and fans for your support at our games. It takes a lot of effort on everyone's part to be successful. Games played included: • Away, 28-0, Eden Valley-Watkins. • Away, 56-0, Rockford Area Schools District. • Away, 20-22, Holdingford. • Home, 20-0, Maple Lake. • Away, 14-0, Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted. • Away, 24-0, Maple Lake. • Home, 16-6, Eden Valley-Watkins. • Home, 48-6, Rockford Area Schools District. • Home, 0-6, Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted.
