Kimball Dining Site menus - April 14-18

Monday-Rural Faith In Action Sharing information/blood pressures/Euchre: Smoked sausage, parslied potatoes, sauerkraut salad, wheat bread, banana. Tuesday-Euchre: Roast beef, whipped potatoes w/gravy, rutabaga, wheat bread, apricots. Wednesday-Chinese Food Festival w/BLT children serving: Sweet & sour chicken, oriental vegetables, rice pilaf, mandarin fruit cup, fortune cookie, dinner roll, orange sherbet. Thursday: Mushroom & onion steak, baked potato, creamed peas, wheat bread, carrot cake w/frosting. Friday: Cook's choice. 1% milk is served with every meal. Menu is subject to change. Suggested contribution for persons 60+ and volunteers is $3.25, or what you can afford. Guests under 60 pay $6. REMINDER: When there is a choice of entree on the menu, you will receive the first one listed UNLESS you notify us. The coffee pot is on by 11:15 a.m. every Wednesday.
