Sunday, Oct. 10: 1:36 a.m. responded to verbal dispute near Oak St. and Spruce between two males yelling and swearing.
Friday, Oct. 8: 5:10 p.m. assisted Meeker County responding to a possible child abuse situation in car on Hwy. 55.
1:08 a.m. investigated suspicious activity: caution lights on parked combine were flashing; they went off on their own.
1:05 a.m. cleared a road hazard off of Hwy. 55 (large, dead racoon).
Monday, Oct. 4: 7:50 p.m. assisted motorist with changing a tire, on Hazel Ave. at 83rd Ave.
Sunday, Oct. 3: 4:10 p.m. motorist assist on Hwy. 55 near Kimball Church of Christ; car wouldn't start.
2:43 p.m. assist at fatal auto accident by redirecting traffic (just west of Malco Tools).
Saturday, Oct. 2: responded to stray dog complaint (Spaniel/Dachshund mix) in Fairhaven Township; took dog to Kimball Vet (dog pound).
Friday, Oct. 1: 11:36 p.m. assisted an individual by giving him a ride home.
9:23 p.m. responded to road hazard complaint (dead deer on the road) on Hwy. 15.
2:30 p.m. resonded to a near-miss accident on railroad tracks at Willow Creek Drive; semi truck filled with gas and welding equipment darted across the tracks as a train approached, train missed truck and possible explosion by mere inches. (Driver for trucking company was advised of that danger.)
Thursday, Sept. 30: 5:00 p.m. responded to verbal dispute between brother and sister in front of home on Spruce St. One party, thought to have a gun, was stopped in front of City Hall; no gun was found.
12:30 p.m. responded to medical call (heart attack) at residence on Spruce St.; Man was transported to Paynesville Hospital by Watkins Ambulance.
