C-team volleyball highlights - C-team volleyball loses to Falcons

By Kim Pelzer, Coach

Kimball traveled to ACGC for a match against the Falcons. We hadn't seen them since the scrimmage in pre-season and discovered they improved considerably as did we. We lost in three sets by close scores of: 25-23; 23-25 and 14-16. The Cubs were frustrated at the loss and knew they should not have lost. As a team, we are hungry for a win again. The loss drops us to 7-4 overall, and we remain undefeated in the CMC.

Thursday we compete against EV-W and next week we go to Lester Prairie and Howard Lake-Waverly. Go Cubs!

Match highlights:

Sets - 55 attempts, 7 assists and 11 ace tips

Attacks - 36 attempts, 7 kills and 2 ace tips
