John and Deborah Allar announce the birth of daughter Payton Elizabeth March 10, 2008, at Monticello-Big Lake Hospital, Monticello. Payton weighed 9 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20 3/4 inches long. She joins 2 1/2-year-old big sister Meaghan. Grandparents are Clarence and Gail Ek of Kimball, and Dennis and Phyllis Allar of Jordan.
