Professional staff from the St. Cloud VA Medical Center will present a program on health concerns associated with pain at a Family and Community Meeting on Thursday, July 22 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at the St. Cloud Public Library's Bremer Room.
Richard Stambaugh, VA pharmacist and Joe Graca, VA psychologist will discuss available treatments to minimize the need for drug intervention, explore relationships between pain, depression, PTSD, sleep apnea, and fibromyalgia and introduce information about alternative and integrative therapies used to mitigate pain.
This program is free and open to any interested member of the public. Youth Activities will be provided by 4H and Operation Military Kids for children ages three and up in the Birds Nest Room.
