Track team-2010

Congratulations to the boys' and girls' Track and Field teams on an excellent Central Minn. Conference Meet Tuesday, May 18. The boys' team finished with a strong fourth place overall. The girls' team put together their second straight Conference Championship, setting a couple of new conference records and breaking two school records in the process!

Earning All-Conference Honors at the meet were:

Molly Hesse (first Ð 400m dash)

Brittany Hesse (second Ð 400m dash)

Larissa Anthofer (first Ð 1600m run; first Ð 800m run) Larissa's time of 2:29.43 broke the Kimball school record from 1994.

Tiffany Kuechle (second Ð 100m Hurdles)

Macki Nelson (first Ð Pole Vault) Macki's vault of 9'6" broke the CMC record of 9' from 2008.

Shawny Kramer (first Ð Shot Put; 1st Discus) Shawny's discus throw of 128'4" set a new CMC record (124' from 1999) and broke Courtney Nistler's school record from 2008.

Sarah Messer (third Ð Shot Put ; 3rd Ð Discus)

4 x 100 Relay Team (first) Macki Nelson, Nicole Orth, Liz Kastanek, Sam Stuve

4 x 200 Relay Team (first) Molly Hesse, Liz Kastanek, Rachel Arnold, Sam Stuve

4 x 400 Relay Team (first) Brittany Hesse, Amber Besonen, Rachel Arnold, Molly Hesse
