Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct a public hearing to consider a three (3) lot plat, entitled "Deer Run" submitted by Mickey and Debbie Brower, Rogers, Minn., for The Joseph Preserve, Kimball, Minn., according to Stearns County Subdivision Ordinance #230. The property is zoned Agricultural 80 (A-80). The 6.11-acre plat is located in part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, lying westerly of County Road 48, Section 20, Maine Prairie Township (122/29). Notice is further given that the above hearing will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2008, beginning at 6 p.m. in the County Administration Center, 705 Courthouse Square, County Board Room 109, St. Cloud, Minn.
A copy of the proposed request is on file in the Stearns County Environmental Services Office, County Administration Center, Room 343, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, Minn., and can be viewed during regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date, either in support of or in opposition to the request. Written testimony should be submitted to the Stearns County Environmental Services Department, Administration Center, Room 343, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, MN 56303.
