Bethlehem United Church of Christ, 400 County Road 37 E., Maple Lake, in partnership with the Annandale/Maple Lake Area Food Shelf presents for one night only the Tangled Roots Bluegrass Band in concert at 8 p.m. Saturday, May 17. Tickets $10 at the door; children under 12 free with a paid adult. Non-perishable food items will be collected at the concert, and cash donations are also welcome. The Food Shelf needs the public's help. At this time of the year, the Food Shelf tends to be forgotten and donations drop, but the need continues on. The Food Shelf is there to help residents of the Annandale, Maple Lake and South Haven area who, due to unexpected circumstances do not have funds to cover this weeks grocery needs. The Food Shelf is located at the intersection of Cherry Avenue and Highway 55 next to Jerry Wolfsteller's Barbership. It is open three days a week - Tuesdays from 3:30-5 p.m., Wednesdays from 5-7 p.m. and Fridays from 8:30-11 a.m. For more information, call (320) 963-3118.
