St. John's Prep hosts information and early application night for growing sixth-to eighth-grade program
Families interested in learning more about the growing sixth-to eighth-grade program at St. John's Preparatory school are invited to attend an Information and Early Application Night at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, at the school.
St. John's Prep offers an experiential and interdisciplinary approach in their curriculum. In addition to the core classes, accelerated math options, music (band, choir or strings), theology, phy-ed and art are offered. In addition, the Exploratory World Language Program allows students to study German, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese during their first year. Enrollment is limited to 20 students per homeroom. A comprehensive sports and extra-curricular program complements the academic offerings. Classrooms overlook the lake and beautiful woods of St. John's Prep.
The information session will include a general overview of the school's unique curriculum, activities, programs and transportation options. Tours of the school will be provided following the general session. For those who are further along in the decision process, there will be time to complete and turn in application materials. Student interviews are a required part of the admission process and may also be completed after the general information session. Although not required, RSVPs are encouraged by contacting our Admission Office at (320) 363-3321.
