C-team wins homecoming match

Kimball's C-team volleyball came away with a victory Thursday, Sept. 23, by defeating the Maple Lake Irish in 2 sets.

The scores were: 25-18 and 15-15. The Cubs did a great job of serving the ball which is always key to winning. We also set the ball the most times all season and attempted to attack more than we have so far as well. Nice job, Cubs, as you are now 5-1 overall and 2-0 in the CMC.

Our next match is Monday, Sept, 27, at Swanville for a 5 p.m. start time, and then Thursday, Sept. 30, against Holdingford at the Huskers.

Setting Ð 27 attempts, 7 assists and 1 tip

Blocks Ð 3 solo blocks
