Cubs Club Lead Teacher
It is hard to believe it is the middle of September! We are into our third week of school and activities here at Cubs Club are in full swing! We have spent a lot of time getting to know all the new smiling faces and making friends.
If you've ever wondered what Cubs Club is all about, we'd love to have you stop by.
Mornings at Cubs Club are a great way to start the day. We have lots of age-appropriate activities and toys to help prepare little minds for an exciting day of school. Our afternoons are full of great learning opportunities, as well. Our kids have a great time participating in group activities, arts and crafts, games, supervised play, and even hands-on science experiments. Fridays at Cubs Club aren't just regular Fridays, they are "Fun Fridays." We do special activities such as popcorn and movie day, ice cream treats, or even cooking activities.
Kimball Cubs Club has hosted special events that everyone is invited to, such as The Halloween Boo Bash, held on Friday Oct. 29, is open to any youth in grades K-4. Last year, there were more than 50 kids playing Halloween games, making scary crafts, and showing off their awesome costumes. Watch for a flyer at school.
Cubs Club is open MondayÐFriday and offers both before-school and after-school childcare. We are open in the mornings from 6Ð8 a.m., and in the afternoons from 3Ð6 p.m. Besides providing full-time child care, Cubs Club also provides drop-care. Even if you only need child care for one or two days you can still sign up. The rates are $2.75 per hour for the first child, $2.65 per hour for any additional children. We'd love to have you come join the fun!
