The purpose of this ordinance is to provide minimum standards to safeguard life and limb, health, and public welfare by regulation and controlling the use and occupancy, maintenance and repair of all buildings and structures within the City of Kimball used for the purpose of rental housing. Effective Date: This Ordinance will be effective January 1, 2010, and license must be issued by March 31, 2010.
Councilmember Eric Loewen seconded the foregoing motion. Those voting in favor of: Tammy Konz, Joe Krippner, Eric Loewen, DuWayne Orbeck, Chris Jansky.
