St. John's Lutheran Church hosts a 'Witness Workshop'

Many Christians would like to talk about their faith - the joy, hope and peace it gives them - but don't really know how. They may be afraid of saying the wrong thing, or of getting a negative reaction. St. John's Lutheran Church in Kimball is hosting a "Witness Workshop" designed to encourage Christians in their daily witness. It will demonstrate ways to witness confidently and comfortably. The workshop will be led by Mr. Craig Cooper, Director of Christian Outreach at Trinity Lutheran Church, Sauk Rapids. The workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21. There is no cost for the event and lunch is included. Members of the community are welcome to attend. A phone call - (320) 398-7151 to make a reservation would be appreciated, as this will help with lunch preparations. St. John's is located at 8871 135th Street, in the northeast corner of the Greeley Edition housing development. If you have any questions, contact Dale Marohn (320) 326-7598, or Pastor David Milz (320) 398-7151.
