The Fairhaven Township Zoning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a Variance for Joseph Salzburn, 19962 Beaver Lake Road, Kimball, Minn. 55353, in Section 6, TWP 122, Range 28. Mr. Salzburn owns Lot 5 and 1/2 of Lot 6 and his home is located at Lot 5. He wants to build a new garage 30 feet by 40 feet by 10 sidewalls. He will be removing a small storage building that is next to his driveway. He needs to have a Variance for the setback from Beaver Lake Road - our Zoning Ordinances call for 65 feet from the center of the road and his new building would be located at 53 feet from the center of the road. His building size is over the size that is currently permitted by Fairhaven Township Ordinances. This Variance is being sought according to Fairhaven Township Zoning Ordinances Section 504 3 a and Section 504 8. Submitted by Ruth B. Johnson, Zoning Admin.
