observed at Kimball City Hall
The National Day of Prayer will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 5, at the Kimball City Hall where you and I join with government leaders and people in communities all around the country to lift our needs and concerns for America before the Lord. Now, more than ever before, it is imperative that we as God's people remain on our knees for our nation and fellow citizens. The critical challenges facing the United States and the culture at large call for faithful, persevering intercession-not only on the National Day of Prayer, but throughout the year. Hopefully we will see you there. Everyone is welcome to attend.
We are reminded of our need to pray by the scripture passage from II Chronicles 7:14 "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." King James Version (KJV).
