Creamed New Potatoes with Peas

1 lb. small new potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 cup of shelled new peas
Dash of pepper

White Sauce:
2 TBSP. butter
2 TBSP. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
Cut up potatoes and cook with salt in 2 cups boiling water until almost tender. Add peas and continue cooking until vegtables are tender. Drain and add cream sauce.
