A big thanks to all of you who stopped by the Triple R Tuesday, May 7, to celebrate my retirement from the Kimball Post Office; for all of you who sent cards; and, to everyone who stopped by their mailbox as I delivered mail on my last few days. I was blessed with the opportunity to serve you over the last 34 years. You made my job very enjoyable! Thank you!

We want to thank everyone for coming out and helping us celebrate the Grand Opening at the Kingston Mini Mart Saturday,
May 18. The turnout was fantastic; it was great to see all of you.
Also a big thank you to our family for helping cook and serve the hot dogs and pop. We cannot thank the community of Kingston and the surrounding area enough for all of the support and encouragement since we opened Thursday, April 4. We are truly blessed and look forward to many years of business success at the Kingston Mini Mart.

To the responders on Mothers’
Day, thank you all for such a fast arrival to our home. I sure scared my mom and she was very thankful you arrived so quickly and calmly. We are lucky to have such wonderful people donating their time and energy caring for us.

On behalf of the Kimball American Legion Auxiliary Unit 261, I would like to extend a heartfelt “Thank you,” to everyone who helped support our Poppy Day May 11. Thanks to the ladies of the Auxiliary Unit who gave of their time to be out in the cold and wind, offering the poppies to you, the public. All monies received are used for rehabilitation and welfare programs for the veterans and their families. Thanks to the Tri-County News for their news coverage, too.
Thanks again and God bless, Anita Hoefer, Poppy Chairman
