The family of Marvin May would like to express our sincere thanks for all the love and support we received at the time of the death of our father.
We want to thank the Watkins Ambulance service and the Meeker County Sheriff’s Department for their quick response early that Sunday morning.
Thanks also to Tom and Ray from the Ertl Funeral Home for the personal, professional job they did, assisting us through the entire process of the visitation and funeral.
A big thank you to the priests, Fr. Brunner, Fr. Gross, Fr. Wagner, Fr. Ekwoanya, Monsignor Garvey, and our cousin, Fr. Deutsch for officiating at the mass. and to Kathy Pauls for the beautiful music that filled the church. Our dad would have been so proud.
Special thanks to the Watkins American Legion Post #453, and the professional military men for their heart-warming farewell at the cemetery.
Thanks also to the kitchen crew and St. Anthony’s CCW for the delicious lunch they prepared and to those who donated cakes or salad.
And thanks finally to the many people who sent cards, flowers, plants, or donated towards the luncheon at Steins in Watkins.
We cannot put into words the gratitude we feel towards our relatives and friends for their out-pouring of love and friendship shown towards us at this sad time.
We will never forget your kindness. May God bless you all!
