Mark Messman November 16 Update

Building Project:

Progress on our secondary construction project continues as expected. Thompson Concrete has been busy completing sidewalks and the north staircase, and some minor modifications to the curb and sidewalk on the northwest corner of the property. We're still waiting on some acoustical treatment samples that might be added to the top of the gymnasium walls. Other options may include a site visit to inspect the product, performance, and then determine if it's necessary. We have a pre-installation meeting scheduled for next week with the floor and tile manufacturers. These meetings are advantageous to the coordination of dates and times, and review the detailed specifications of the blueprints. The ceiling grid of the office complex is complete and installers are now moving materials and man power to the bathrooms and Brooks Street Lobby for completion. Summit is responsible for fire protection, and is on site installing the piping and sprinkler heads throughout the project.

Please stop in for a visit with your questions and comments, and be sure to exercise caution when you're in the proximity of the construction zone.
