Several streets in Kimball are being torn up, simultaneously, in a crunch to get the massive water and sewer project completed before winter. Just west of the intersection of Linden Ave. and Hwy. 15, crews severed a natural gas line. Kimball Fire and Rescue were called out as a precaution.
