Kimball's water tower lately has donned a hat. During the day, that "hat" became a floor-length dress. A crew has been sandblasting the water tower, inside and out, in preparation for its new paint job: beige on black. The tower has been empty for about two weeks now, and it may be another two weeks before the project is completed. Staff photo by Stephanie Johnson.
