An Ordinance repealing Maine Prairie Ordinance adopting the Minnesota State Building Code

The Town of Maine Prairie hereby ordains:

Section 1. The Maine Prairie Township Ordinance entitled "Maine Prairie Township Ordinance Adopting The Minnesota State Building Code" adopted on June 13, 2000, is hereby repealed in its entirety.

Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage and publication in the official Township newspaper.
