Maine Prairie Township will accept sealed bids for mowing of township ditches, snow plowing, blading, and hauling of gravel for approximately 77 miles of township roads. The bids will be opened at the regular board meeting May 8, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. or as soon there as possible at the Kimball Area Fire and Rescue Hall, 300 N Elm St, Kimball.

Upon acceptance of the bid, the township will require a Certificate of Insurance for Workers' Compensation & General Liability Insurance.

The board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive any defect or technicalities therein. Bids can be presented at the meeting or sent to Maine Prairie Township, 12670 Co Rd 149, Watkins, MN 55389-9408. Contact person for questions is Supervisor John Wicker at (320) 398-2400.
