NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF MAINE PRAIRIE

STEARNS COUNTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Maine Prairie Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, November 8th, 2011 at

7:15 p.m. at the Kimball Area Fire and Rescue Hall, 300 N Elm St, Kimball to consider a road variance.

Thomas L. Fenton is asking

for a road variance on Parcel #20.12050.000 to place an extension onto his garage. This will encroach on the right of way by 18 feet at 19477 East Shore Drive, Kimball.

Any comments may be made at the time of the hearing or sent to 12670 Co Rd 149, Watkins, MN 55389 to be read at the meeting. All meetings are open to the public.
