Stuffed Potatoes

5 potatoes
1 cup cottage cheese
chives
1 cube butter
1 egg
2 TBSP. mayo
1/2 tsp. Accent
salt and pepper
garlic salt to taste
paprika
Bake potatoes till throughly cooked. Cut each potato in half, scoop out insides. With electric mixer, whip potato insides and ingredients. Re-stuff skins, sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
