1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
6-8 cut up chicken pieces (2 breasts, halved, and 4 leg-thighs)
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
Place butter to melt in 9 x 13-inch pan in 400 degree oven. Meanwhile, in clean paper bag, combine flour, salt, paprika, and pepper. Add chicken pieces, one at a time, and shake to coat evenly. Dip both sides of chicken in melted butter. Place in single layer, skin-side-down, in pan. Bake 30 mintues. Turn skin-side-up and bake 20-30 additional mintutes or until tender.
