Sesame Almond Chicken

3/4 cup crushed saltine crackers
1/4 cup
toasted sesame seed
2 1/4 ounce package of slivered almonds (2/3cups)
1 TBSP. dried green onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. bouquet garni
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 to 3 1/2 lbs frying chicken, cut into 8 pieces
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except butter and chicken. Dip chicken in melted butter, then coat with the crumb mixture. Reserve remaining butter. Place chicken in ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs. Pour remaining butter over chicken. Bake for 65 to 75 minutes, or until chicken is fork tender.
