4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium sized can of salmon
2cups soft bread crumbsv
2 TBSP> buuter
Combine eggs, milk, and soup. Blend in remaining ingredients and place in buttered casserole. Bake 45 minutes in 375 degree oven.
Goes great with mashed potatoes, buttered peas, tossed salad, whole wheat buns, and a dish of peppermint ice cream. A great summer dinner.
