Garlic Shrimp

3 garlic cloves
2 dried red chili peppers
1 bay leaf
5 TBSP. olive oil
1 lb. medium shrimp, unshelled
salt and pepper
Combine garlic, chili peppers, bay leaf, and olive oil in a saute pan. Place over low heat for 2 or 3 minutes so spices will release flavor. Add shrimp and saute for 2 or 3 minutes, turning once, until done. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
