Pizza Bread Dough

1 package fresh yeast
2 TBSP. lukewarm water
1 cup boiling water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 TBSP. butter
3 cups sifted flour
Crumble yeast into lukewarm water for 5 minutes. Pour boiling water over salt and butter; let cool to lukewarm then add east. Add half of flour and beat smooth. Then add remaining flour and beat smooth again. Divide dough in half for thin crust pizza. Use all of dough for thicker pizza. Place dough on floured board and pat gently into one 13-inch round or two 11-inch rounds, with edges slighlty thicker. Place on greased cookie sheet.
