Flatbrod

1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 T. lard or butter
Sm. amount boiling water
Cornmeal
Add 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon lard or butter and enough boiling water to make a stiff dough, stirring constantly. Cool. Roll out thin, small pieces of this dough on a board sprinkled with cornmeal. Baked on top of stove, turning.
